Use & features:
JJ109 methane catalyst is a new titanium rare earth nickel catalyst which is applied in synthetic ammonia system or hydrogen producing system. It can remove the low density carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide from raw gas rich in hydrogen and make them become the inert gas methane and water which can be except easily, thus achieves the goal of gas purification. The catalyst has the unique performance with high intensity, larger pore volume, active and easily loaded and unloaded, especially suits in high pressure and high space velocity situation. It has been widely applied in the large, medium and small-scale synthetic ammonia factory and hydrogen producing system. The main reaction of the catalyst as follows:
CO+3H2=CH4+H2O  △H0298=-206.28KJ/mol
CO2+4H2=CH4+2H2O △H0298=-165.09KJ/mol
