Applications and characteristics:
JZ213 thermal transfer conversion catalyst takes the nickel as the activeness, the aluminum oxide as the carrier and the rare earth oxide compound as the hydrocarbon gas promoter. It applied in the synthetic ammonia factory heat transfer transformation stove
Physical property:
1.Apparent color:grey-black color
*Sometimes during operation its color may have some change without fear of affecting its performances.
2. Size (outer dia * high * inner dia.) mm: four holes cylinder 14×12×2.0
It is used in the jacketed heat transferred stove or the row tubular heat transferred stove.
Other size or  shapes available on  request.
3. Bulk density: (Kg/L) 1.00~1.20
The bulk density: with reference to a uniform catalyst loading actually carried out in a plant.  
Technical criteria:

NiO>14.0;SiO2:≤0,5
Granular radial crush strength (avg) : >200N/gr.
Activeness:
1.active examination procedure
Filling the catalyst, reduction and examination condition to make sure that is required the standard. 2. The detector system should conform to the standard related stipulation
3. Activity level(volume content of CH4 in dry reformed gas):%
Shorter form:≤66.0   for the qualified  product;     ≤64.0   for the first-grade product;
Longer form:≤23.0   for the qualified product;;      ≤21.0。 for the first-grade product
Operation Conditions:
Inlet gas temperature of the reformer tube: 400~650℃, may determined by the technological design condition.
Outlet gas temperature of the reformer tube: 650~800℃,may determined by the technological design condition.
Pressure: (MPa):from atmosphere to 4.5
Feed gas space velocity:  ≤2000h-1
Steam to carbon ratio: 2.5~4.5

Requirements for feedstock and poison:

1. Sulfur is the major poison for nickel-based catalyst。It  is required that sulfur content in feed gas to the reformer tube as low as possible, normally<0.5ppm,preferably<0.2ppm。    .
2 .Chlorine and other halogens may poison the catalyst, and it is difficult for the poisoned catalyst to restore its activity. Hence, the lower the chlorine content in feed gas, the better.
3. Arsenic may bring about a permanent deactivation of catalyst, and there should not be any arsenic in feed gas。
4. The steam used should not contain any condensable liquids or chemicals used for treating boiler feed-water besides chlorine and arsenic.
